Healing Workshops
Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise system of movement, breath, and
directed flow of body energy. Qigong reduces stress, improves body
agility and alignment, and, with regular practice, can alleviate
and prevent many chronic diseases.
In this workshop,
we will practice individual Qigong exercises
as well as short segments from Wild Goose qigong, a
medical qigong system. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Elena has been studying and practicing Qigong since 2004,
and was certified as an instructor in January 2009.
