Isa Shisha- Tribal Fusion Bellydance

“This fiery femme fatale began her Tribal Bellydance training in late 1999 under the instruction of the notably reputable, Stephanie Barto, director of Chicago’s “Read My Hips” bellydance troupe. Her performance career took off in 2000 after the opening of her Milwaukee dance studio “Kismet”, which produced the dynamic collective, “Technotrance Bellydance”.

Isa’s unique repertoire blends traditional and non- traditional dance formats with fire, theatrics and circus arts to produce both spectacular and innovative performances. Her fire arts collective, “Bellyfire”, was soon developed in 2004 while travelling nationwide with a large span of entertainers.and has continued to cultivate numerous exciting events worldwide thru these collaborations.

She is a skilled educator, event producer and entertainment agent whos determination and attention to detail has made her a strong force in todays entertainment community. Her creative talents have been featured in a multitude of highly acclaimed events with a variety of artists and genres such as :Lollapalooza, Ozzfest, Ultra, Tommy Lee, Dave Navarro, Ed Hardy Sideshow, Surreal Circus, Edgefest, Hookahdome, Bad Unkl Sista, Symbiosis,  and Dresden Dolls as well as a vast array of live dj sets. Currently travelling extensively, Isa has been extremely fortunate to work and study with many of todays leading edge Tribal Bellydancers like Rachel Brice, Jill Parker, Zoe Jakes, Mira Betz, Ariellah, Frederique, Elizabeth Strong, Heather Stants and many other exceptionally talented dancers.Isa continues to perform worldwide…. leaving audiences breathless and always wanting more!”
